Stratford University is continuously monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic, and we have taken, and will continue to take, every precaution to ensure the health and well-being of our students, faculty, staff, and the community we live and work. The safety of our Stratford Community is our primary focus. Through collective knowledge and a collaborative approach by the University’s Leadership Team, the University has devised and will be implementing a new plan for the return to our campuses and normal operations.

As the information we are presented about COVID-19 changes constantly, our plan will likely also change, to ensure the health, safety and wellness of our students, faculty and staff. We currently plan to continue to operate in the remote/virtual environment through mid-summer with all Stratford University campuses remaining closed until at least June 15, 2020. When we return to our campuses, we will implement social distancing and other safety measures for a smooth and safe return to day-to-day business operations.  Each campus will operate on a flex schedule from June 15 – August 2, 2020.

The University has made these adjustments to Term 2 and Term 3 2020. All lecture and virtual lab courses will remain in the distance education platform in Moodle and Zoom through the end of Term 3, 2020 (August 2, 2020).  The only classes to be instructed at the ground campuses for Term 3 will be the recovery lab courses carried over from Term 2 and any required Term 3 lab courses, or other required proctored exam classes.  Students, please connect with your faculty or academic advisor for dates and times for scheduled lab courses.

As a reminder, Stratford University remains open and fully available to serve our current students, welcome new students, and provide support to all employees.

  • Campus support departments will be available through live virtual Zoom/Chat sessions. Students, please log into Moodle for the virtual/chat room information.
  • All faculty and staff are teleworking but remain available to support students. Students contact your faculty through Moodle, email, or phone provided by your faculty. All other support services contact:
