Stratford University has selected EthicsPoint, Inc. to provide a simple, secure way of anonymously and confidentially reporting activities that may involve unethical or otherwise inappropriate conduct in violation of University policies.

Employee Concerns

Stratford University considers employee concerns very important and desires your cooperation in resolving such issues. This hotline service does not replace existing reporting methods on campus. Employees are encouraged to bring any concerns to their supervisors, Human Resources, or other campus entities as appropriate. EthicsPoint merely provides another outlet for reporting ethics issues, particularly when the reporter's anonymity is essential.

Reporting to Ethics Point, Inc.

Stratford University asserts that reports submitted via EthicsPoint will be handled promptly and discretely. No retaliatory action will be taken against anyone for reporting or inquiring in good faith about potential breaches of Stratford University's policies, or seeking guidance on how to handle such breaches. Reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be given careful attention with the objective of correcting the situation being reported, if facts can be substantiated. Employees are expected to use good judgment in the use of this reporting system.

To Make A Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • Call (877) 228-5415 toll free An EthicsPoint operator will ask you a series of questions about the incident(s) you are reporting or
  • Submit your concern on-line by selecting the appropriate violation category from the options below:
  • Accounting and Financial
    Accounting and Auditing Matters, Falsification of Contracts, Reports or Records, Fraud, Improper Disclosure of Financial Records, Improper Giving or Receiving Gifts, mproper Supplier or Contractor Activity, or Theft/Embezzlement
  • Human Resources
    Discrimination or Harassment, Employee Misconduct, Sexual Harassment, Threat or Inappropriate Supervisor Directive
  • Research
    Conflict of Interest

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key in a safe place. After 5-10 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is not an Emergency Service

Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat. Reports received through this service will not receive an immediate response. If you have an emergency, please contact Stratford University's Safety and Security Office or the local authorities.
