The College pathway class, ESL 070, prepares you for academic coursework with papers, presentations, and critical thinking.
If you wish to start a degree program, you must obtain conditional acceptance to a degree program at Stratford University. Any student who meets all the entrance requirements except for language proficiency will be accepted conditionally. Once you have obtained conditional acceptance, you can apply to the Stratford ESL pathway program. You must pay your program tuition prior to the start of each quarter.
You may also enroll in the ESL program simply to learn or practice English. In this case you can enroll in the program directly. You must pay your program tuition prior to the start of each session.
Students accepted into the ESL program must have completed high school, or equivalent, and be at least 18 years old.
If you are an international student (meaning that you are not a citizen or a permanent resident of the United States), you should contact the International Student Office at International@Stratford.edu to initiate the enrollment process. They can also give you conditional acceptance to a degree program and help you to obtain a student visa.
If you do not need a student visa to attend school, then you should contact the Admissions Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. They can also give you conditional acceptance into a degree program and help you to complete the Stratford enrollment process.
