upgraded Javascript Menu has been added to the site. All levels
load with the initial page load. Each entry is a separate layer,
with sublist layers initially hidden. This menu should provide
a faster response. The menu requires a Version 4+ Netscape or
Internet Explorer browser. The old menu is available for those
who have not upgraded their browser, which our research shows
is now fewer than 5% of the visitors. Please contact Webmaster
with any menu problems.

website layout goes live. The site has been optimized for viewing
with 600x800 resolution. Content now fills the entire screen
at all resolutions. The menu on left can be expanded and contracted
by clicking links with dark backgrounds. Small Stratford logo
above menu returns to Home Page. The website can be viewed with
either Netscape or Internet Explorer (IE), Versions 3 or higher.
All links change color when you pass over them in IE, but not
in Netscape. Comments are welcome about the changes.
