Thank you for your interest in The Chef's Table at Stratford University. Whether you are dining with a party of forty or just sharing an intimate meal for two, it is our pleasure to serve you at Stratford University, where you can feast on the creations of tomorrow's superstar chefs today. Stratford offers fine dining experiences for the public on most Fridays. The cost is kept to the minimum. Only alcoholic beverages are extra.

Lunch ($15.00 plus tax) is served at 11 AM on most Fridays.
Dinner ($20.00 plus tax) is served at 8 PM on most Fridays, with Happy Hour starting at 6 PM.

    Our styles of service rotate each week from buffet to plated (American) to formal plattered (Russian). You can find out the upcoming styles of service when you make your reservation.
     Reservations are required and can be obtained by calling Paul or Christine at (703) 734-5307. If neither is available, simply leave a message on the voice mail, and one of them will get back to you as soon as they are finished teaching their class that day.
    Before dining, please feel free to peek into the windows of the classrooms to see our students busily working on your meal. Also, while at Stratford University, don't forget to pick up our latest schedule of one-day cooking classes for the public. We would love to have you back as a student for a few hours, so you can learn to replicate some of our delicacies at home.
    Stratford University is located at 7777 Leesburg Pike in Falls Church, Virginia. The building is just inside the beltway at the intersection of the beltway (495) and Route 7 (Leesburg Pike), right next to the DoubleTree Hotel.
