Inquiry Process
In an effort to assist you in obtaining your CHS housing accommodations, we ask that you complete this form. Please indicate your apartment complex preferences. If you are planning to use a non-standard arrangement, use this form to indicate preferred arrangement and budget. CHS will match roommates who have similar ages, interests, and programs of study.

If you do not want us to give out your telephone number and/or e-mail address to potential roommates, check the appropriate boxes near each item.
