Graduation Process
Students must contact the Registrar's office at least 10 weeks prior to their date of graduation or as soon as you start the classes for your last quarter and do their "Academic Checkout". This is just the last stop before you get your degree certificate! The process involves filling out a "Academic Checkout" form and getting it signed by different departments including Academics, finance and career services, each department needs to make certain that their part of the job has been done well!
Students must make an appointment with each department’s representative by e-mail or telephone to complete the process.Please review the academic checkout form for more details.
