Virginia Beach, VA
Representatives from the Norfolk Veteran Center and Virginia Beach Veteran Center will be on hand at Stratford University’s upcoming Open House Sept. 1 at their Virginia Beach campus.
The representatives hope their presence will give members of the military community a chance to meet them outside the office and help answer questions from Stratford University’s military student community.
“Each representative will have a table with their information available for pickup,” said Military Outreach Coordinator Ricky Allen. “The more our Veterans know about their benefits the better. They have given a great deal to this country, so we should give just as much back.”
The Open House is a free event for the public to come and learn more about what Stratford University has to offer perspective students. September’s Open House will be Tailgate themed, so visitors are encouraged to wear their favorite sports jersey. Ricky Allen can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 757-497-4466 ext. 5117.
