Stratford University offers an internationally respected culinary and hospitality program. As an option, Stratford University offers certification through the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Our program caters to both the seasoned hospitality professional and newcomers to the industry. This program emphasizes Hospitality Human Resource Management, Control Systems, Food and Beverage Operations, and Managing for Profitability. The Culinary Arts program at Stratford University focuses on culinary skills, food science, and communication and problem solving skills. The university offers job placement for Stratford graduates for life.
