Mr. Shawn R. Key – 20+ years experience with cyber security, information security and information assurance solutions. 20+ years as a successful information technology (IT) business owner and strategic thought leader. Patent holder for current cyber security technology. Commonwealth of Virginia grant award winner. Member of various technology councils and organizations. Previous NVTC Destination Innovation and Tandem NSI Award Winner. Current Cohort member of the Dell Founder’s 50 Club and an inaugural Mach37 Cyber Accelerator cohort member. Mr. Key has a Master’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University in Interdisciplinary Technology with a specialization in Information Security and has continued involvement in academia by teaching as a professor at he university level and by designing security related curriculum at the PhD and International levels, respectively.
Mr. William J. Adams is an awarding-winning technology innovator, serial entrepreneur and software professional with experience in technological vision, strategy, design, implementation, and leadership in the creation, selling, and support of cutting-edge software applications, cyber-security systems and enterprise class software systems. His software specialties include network and data security, analysis of large data sets, machine learning (artificial intelligence), and methods for enhancing the user experience though innovative user interface designs. Mr. William J. Adams earned his B.S. Physics from Carnegie Mellon University in 1992, has won over thirty software industry and technology awards, is an inventor on U.S. and international patents, and is a member of the George Mason Venture Mentors team providing business advice and assistance to both current and future generations of entrepreneurs.
Mr. Darron Tate is a graduate from the Air Force. While in the military, Mr. Tate stood up the inaugural Information Security program including education, training and awareness for AF staff and executives. Mr. Tate has over 20 years in the Information Security, Information Assurance and Cyber Security space. Additionally, Mr. Tate is the owner of Tate Technologies, Inc. and has taught at the university level as well as instructed industry standard network security courses.
